What is the policy for exchanging an item I purchased by mistake?Updated 9 days ago

If you ordered an item by mistake and would like to exchange it, let us know which item you initially wanted to purchase and confirm the condition of the box you received is unused and unopened. After confirmation, we can arrange an exchange for the desired item. 

To start a return, you can log into your account at https://shopify.com/58754138281/account. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For US Orders: If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label.

For Non-US Orders: If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns for international orders.
