How do I sign in to the eDeck?Updated 3 years ago

Our sign-in process is a little different. You don’t need to remember an ID or password. 

Instead, we send you a message with a secure magic link. Click the link, and the Unstuck Box Home page opens. You’re automatically logged in and have immediate access to the decks in your account.

After landing on the Home page for the first time, we suggest you install the Unstuck Box eDeck app. It only takes a minute. The eDeck app launches the Unstuck Box eDeck on your mobile device or desktop without any links or logins.

Note: If you've installed the eDeck App on your mobile device, we'll send you a six-digit passcode instead of a magic link.

If you haven't installed the app, we'll send you a magic link.

What is a magic link?

It is a “passwordless” way to log in. There is no need to save or remember IDs or passwords. With a couple of clicks, you can sign in to your account and start reading cards. 

How do I get the magic link?

If you're returning to the app after a while and need to sign in again, visit https://app.unstuckbox.com to get a new magic link.

How do I use the magic link?

After you create an account, we send you two messages. The first message has a verification link. The second message has the signin magic link. Follow these steps for a mobile device or desktop. 

Note    If you purchased access to Unstuck Box decks with a phone number, we send you the prompt in an SMS message. If you created an account with an email address, we send the prompt in an email.

1) Open the message (SMS or email).

2) Tap (or click) the link to open the eDeck.

3) On the Sign in page, enter your email address.

4) Click the Sign in button.

5) Go to your email account and open the Unstuck message. 

6) Tap (or click) the magic link.

• If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder.

7) The Unstuck Box Home page opens, and you’re automatically signed in. Access the cards in your account right away.

Note    You can only use the magic link once, and it's valid for an hour. If your link expires, enter your details again. We’ll send you a fresh link.
