Help, I didn't receive my eDeck welcome email!Updated 3 years ago

Wondering how to access The Unstuck Box eDeck app?

We send access instructions immediately after you purchase, so you'll need to check in the right place.

If you checked out with email:

You would have received an email with access instructions. Normally you'll receive this minutes after you purchase, although in extreme cases it may take up to an hour. 

Struggling to find it?

  1. The subject line to look for is "Time to get unstuck!"
  2. Make sure you check your spam folder.
  3. Make sure you're checking in the right email account. E.g. if you checked out with your work email instead of your personal email, try checking there.
  4. Verify that you've received a receipt to the email account. If you didn't, perhaps you checked out with phone number (see below?) 

If you checked out with phone number:

You should have received an SMS with your access instructions.
